EXAMINATION
MRI is a non-invasive, safe and precise examination. MRI imaging uses the effect of a magnetic field on the human body for a detailed evaluation of anatomical structures - from head to toe. It allows a detailed assessment of the condition of internal organs and soft tissues, as well as possible lesions. It does not require the use of potentially harmful X-rays. The decision on whether to administer contrast for the examination is always made by a specialist in radiology and diagnostic imaging.
TECHNOLOGY
The accuracy of the image in MRI studies depends on how strong the magnetic field is. In the Ultra MR diagnostic laboratory, we have the latest generation of SIEMENS' 3 Tesla MAGNETOM SPECTRA MR apparatus. It generates a field with an inductance of 3 Tesla (3T). The 3 Tesla MR apparatus, thanks to its speed, allows to reduce the examination time to a minimum - even to a few minutes. The 3 Tesla technology is used by renowned clinical facilities around the world.

COMFORT
At Ultra MR - an MRI laboratory in Wroclaw - we fully understand the fears of an MRI examination, which is why our doctors and technicians approach each patient in an individual manner
and empathetic, explaining in detail the course of the examination
and dispelling doubts. To minimize the fear of limited space, the Patient is given a beacon,
which allows to stop the examination at any time.
In a patient with claustrophobia, the MRI examination of the knee is performed in an inverted position to make it as comfortable as possible for the patient.
LOCATION
Ultra MR diagnostic laboratory is located in a modern UltraNet office building, located at the intersection of Strzegomska and Babimojska streets in Wroclaw (the center of Muchobór Mały district). Patients have at their disposal a comfortable waiting room, elevators and free parking. The location provides convenient access from other districts of Wroclaw and neighboring cities.
